Leadership Team

Jude Odu
Founder & President

Jude is a data scientist, healthcare expert, and business leader - with more than 15 years of contributions to the organizations he has served.

Jude’s experience spans hospitals, long term care providers, commercial payers, software companies, and academic institutions. He spent years leading a clinical analytics team and managing clinical decision support systems for University Hospitals in Northeast Ohio. Prior to founding HDI, he spent years in the healthcare software industry where he helped develop high-impact products for diverse areas including:

  • value based purchasing,
  • operating rooms,
  • events and incidents,
  • quality and patient safety,
  • population management,
  • hypertension and diabetes surveillance,
  • readmissions and length of stay management,
  • patient risk assessment,
  • patient experience dashboards and applications.

Jude is the author of several college-level books. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration (Summa cum Laude) from Ursuline College and a Master's in Health Science from The George Washington University. He is currently a PhD candidate at Cleveland State University. He has developed and taught courses in healthcare informatics and business intelligence at several Ohio colleges.

Ken Di Bella
CEO

Ken is a senior executive with forty years of achievement in business focused on the administrative and managed healthcare industry. Ken’s roles have included leadership of Operations, IT, Legal, Finance, Branding Strategies, Business Development, Marketing, and Channel Market Development.

Among his significant career accomplishments, Ken led the team that developed and implemented the nation’s first self-insured HMO product. He repeatedly led teams that delivered dramatic increases in revenues and profits. He led a team that created a “Blue Ocean” company, the first “Employer Service Organization” which offered healthcare administration, human resource leadership, and retirement management services. In addition, Ken has led teams in the successful execution of several acquisitions, mergers, and company integration initiatives.

Max Fiffick
Executive VP, Sales

Max is a senior sales professional with over 10 years of expertise in the healthcare industry. He obtained a pre-professional degree in Optometry from The Ohio State University. An entrepreneur by nature, Max started his own company immediately after graduating.

Max’s multi-faceted background in sales at medical device companies including Stryker, Belimed, and Karl Storz, has enabled him to provide the best solutions for his clients. His intuitive nature brings loyalty, compassion and vision to the organizations he serves.

Max strives to build solid relationships and ultimately succeeds. He has established himself as a top sales performer throughout his career, providing the best outcomes through the products he has represented.

Dan Griffin

Dan Griffin is a technology leader with a history of creative solutions, excellent business results, and career growth. Dan is currently the Director of Product Management at Exact Macola (a subsidiary of Exact Holdings, N.V.) As a key member of the senior leadership team, Dan guides short and long term vision and serves as a primary representative of the company brand. Before joining Exact, Dan enjoyed a 13 year tenure at IBM, including roles as Product Marketing Manager and Software Test Lead.

Dan’s entrepreneurial instincts led him to found the website SavvyDollar.org, an online coupon community which had over 10 million page views as of 2012, when Dan and his team sold the business.

Dan earned his Bachelor of Science from Valdosta State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dan earned an executive certificate in financial planning from Duke University and he is a Certified Scrummaster (Scrum Alliance) and a Certified Product Manager (Pragmatic Marketing).

Neil Collins

Neil Collins is a brand builder and senior level marketing leader. He is Founder and President of Results Marketing Group which helps client companies build strong brands, create powerful demand-building strategies, and execute effective marketing programs. Neil also leads Innovate New Albany, a business incubator and innovation center in New Albany, Ohio.

Neil has a record of success in marketing leadership roles for national brands at three different Fortune 500 size companies: SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline), Bausch & Lomb, and Borden Foods. Neil also has served as CEO of a nationally accredited for-profit educational institution and CMO for a large regional energy provider. A lifelong learner, Neil earned his BA in Economics at Wesleyan University and his MBA at the Harvard Business School.
